We offer expert installation and training throughout all states in Australia, as well as selected countries overseas. Using this service you can be sure that your system will be installed and operational quickly and efficiently.
On Site Servicing
We offer affordable annual servicing throughout Australia to provide calibration, repair, preventative maintenance and system upgrades. If you need us outside of the scope of the regular times, we are more than happy to dedicate a trip to your site. Our technicians are already qualified with many of the required onsite certificates, cards and licences to work on mining, construction and other industry locations in most states of Australia.
Customer Support
In addition to the step-by-step manuals supplied with our systems, Environdata provides free telephone, and email support for ten years from the date of purchase. We would normally respond to your support request within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Where an Internet connection is available, we can also provide direct support via a secure remote access system.

Repair, Re-calibration and Upgrade Service
Sensors and weather stations can be returned to our factory for re-calibration, upgrade or repair, if necessary. Our service department will normally provide a quotation within five working days of receiving equipment for repair, completing repairs within a further five working days from the receipt of an order. Urgent repairs can often be accommodated faster upon request.
